Lime Syrup Cake

Yups...three posts in a row. There are way too much stuff going on these days. But well...here you go, the last one before I head to my dear bed!
A batch of lemon syrup minicakes. Although they are generously drizzled with syrup but the tanginess of the lime in the syrup is just right to set a good balance!

Apple Cake

A rather thin slice of brownie-like cake generously layered with granny smiths. Best eaten while its warm served with a scope of plain vanilla ice-cream. Homey and comfy...Best enjoyed with a cup of tea.
