Mango Cheese-Minicakes

Bought a few kilos of semi-ripened mangoes during the fun fair. Just nice for a batch of mango cheesecake. And the results, Schweet! =P

Mango Cheesecakes topped with fresh mango puree and mango cubes...NICE!

And they are gone!
