These are from a new recipe in my favourite cupcake book. Ya, need to state the person who gave me the book...it's none other than my sis, Laikuan and her hubby, Heevoon..=P. It's an apricot cupcake recipe with smooth creammy cheese topping but I improvised a little by adding cranberries...they are a bit more to scones texture rather than the buttery cupcake flavor...love them! yummy...
